Refunds and Exchanges

Once you make your final selection and purchase or sign up for an event, showcase, or clinic, PrepID will not make exchanges or refunds unless a program or event is canceled or postponed as discussed below in Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events.

Canceled or Postponed Events

PrepID will issue refunds ONLY if an event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card at the purchase time. In such instances, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's billing cycle.
